If you need to return an item

Due to the current Coronavirus situation we do not expect items to be returned within the usual time frame.  If you could kindly advise via email of your intention to return and simply send back to us when it is safely viable to do so, these are unprecedented times and we wish everyone well.

If you need to return an item to us, please read the following information:

Please ensure that you have emailed us to inform us of your intention to return your item.

All returns must be in their original unused condition.

Please return the item enclosing your name, order number and if you require an exchange or refund, please do ensure that you include the name of the wig you would like in exchange:  If this information is not provided within the return, this will result in a delay issuing the refund or exchange.

Return the item to:  Nooshoes, 55 Barden Drive, Eldwick, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 3PH.

To ensure safe return please use a ‘signed for service’.  You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

You have 14 days from receipt to return to us.

Returns will not be accepted for refund if the item is returned in a used condition etc – scratches/scuffs on the shoes.

RETURNED ITEMS ARE SENT TO INSPECTIONS, THEN PROCESSED FOR REFUNDS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF REFUND.
